A Letter from our CEOs regarding COVID-19
Dear Sagebrook Home Customers,
We feel a responsibility to write to you and to confirm the steps we are taking at Sagebrook Home in response to COVID-19. We assure you that the safety and well-being of our customers and employees are our top priorities, and we promise to continue to provide our loyal customers with exceptional customer service in this ever-changing and unprecedented time.
Following the recommended WHO and CDC guidelines around COVID-19, we are enforcing extra precautions for all our facilities on strict cleaning procedures in the interest of our customers' and employees' health, safety, and well-being. Our office staff is working remotely, and we are protecting our warehouse team by increasing cleaning frequency and intensity, staggering shifts to allow for social distancing, and distributing masks and gloves. We’ll continue to evaluate the rapidly changing updates from the World Health Organization and alter our procedures accordingly. Our employees’ health is as much of a priority as you are, and we’ll continue to ship your orders as expected as long as it’s considered safe to do so.
In preparation for Lunar New Year, we scheduled our container shipments early to ensure that our warehouses would be full and ready for order fulfillment in advance of the spring market season. It has allowed us to protect our Sagebrook Home customers from any supply chain delays that could have been encountered due to factory closures with the outbreak of COVID-19. Thankfully, this organized and proactive approach has enabled us to ensure that we have thousands of SKUs in stock at our corporate headquarters and are ready to ship your orders within 24 to 48 hours.
We have not initiated any changes to our normal business hours (Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm PST), shipping, or logistical operations. Please reach out to us any time at 323-720-8881 or email@example.com.
Although across the country and around the world this situation may require physical space between all of us, let us use this time as an opportunity to strengthen our bonds as a global community. We’re all experience this change in our world, so let’s use it to come out stronger and more unified than ever before.
As always, thank you for your continued support.
